Dual Input Overload Indicator

Creating integrity with the Load Cell product, the overload control indicator provides easy connection to industrial control devices. It is a robust and high-quality control unit designed for cranes with 8 relay outputs. It can measure the weight of each load attached to each hook separately and the total weight for double hoist/double hook cranes.

Precautions Before Calibration

  • Ensure that you have connected the 4 cables in the load cell to the load control unit according to their colors.
  • After correct connection of the supply voltage and load cell, the screen of the load control unit should display a value. An increasing value in the crane rope in the downward direction should not be observed. Otherwise, calibration cannot be performed. In this case, standard factory settings should be loaded onto the load control unit and a new attempt should be made.
  • Prior to calibration, lower the rope and leave it in an unloaded position until it becomes motionless.
