Application

The ELP series Load Pin sensors are used for direct load measurement at crane hook or pulley attachment points. This sensor detects the load force by directly sensing the strain on the pin (shaft), providing precise measurements with high accuracy.

Installation Diagram

The ELP series load pin is mounted at crane drum or hook attachment points to directly measure the load force. In case of overload situations, the system sends a signal to the control unit to activate automatic stop or warning functions.
